Cancellation Policy
I need to cancel my confirmed booking, will I get a deposit refund? If you need to cancel your booking, please contact our Client Support Team on 432 243 2332 or at vybzsession@gmail.com and notify your supplier directly. Whether your deposit is refundable or not will depend on the booking terms agreed to at the time of booking. You have also agreed to the Supplier's own T&Cs so please be aware that they may have their own Cancellation Policy regarding any final balance owed. Refundable Bookings Deposits are fully refundable up to 21 days before your event. If you cancel within 21 days to your event date, the deposit becomes non-refundable. Non-Refundable Bookings Deposits are non-refundable as soon as the booking is confirmed. As an alternative to cancelling, we can ask your supplier to put the deposit on hold to be used towards a different event you might be planning to avoid loss of deposit. Please Note - Vybz Session Client Service Fee remains non-refundable in both cases unless it's the supplier who has let you down
